This position will be responsible for managing the overall operations of Loudoun Water’s Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility. Experience with the design and operation of wastewater treatment facilities is preferred. Essential functions include: Planning, organizing, and supervising BRWRF Operations, BRWRF Plant Engineering, and the Pretreatment Program. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: As a construction materials Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of materials and special inspections engineering projects to ensure that they are safely completed on time and within scope and budget. You will be responsible for completing projects per contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
