Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and administering all credit and collections policies and programs. Implement and monitor processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables, and ensure the accuracy of AR. Approve new customer accounts and set credit limits using the AR aging reporting for the assigned customer account portfolio, interface with the customer, sales, and bulk plant teams to collect delinquent balances.
