The Plant Manager will be responsible for manufacturing operations at the Boonton, NJ facility. Leading the operations team to meet the expectations of our customers and employees daily. The Plant Manager is responsible for working with the senior leadership team to translate our business plan and strategies into operational targets to meet our Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics.
