JOB TITLE: Continuous Improvement Manager DEPARTMENT: Operations FLSA STATUS: Salary Exempt DATE: August 10, 2023 I. POSITION SUMMARY AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY The individual will lead the Continuous Improvement efforts at multiple sites within IKG. They will work closely with Plant Management and site resources to ensure that the organization is continuing to enhance our value proposition to our customer base.
