The Plant Controller is a key member of the Finance team and is responsible to: - Managing the plant’s day-to-day cost accounting and finance planning and analysis functions. - Serving as steward of the plant P& L - Advising local management on key factors required for the fulfilment of Industrial financial targets -Ensuring the respect of Group processes and policies with the aim to secure control of financial performance information -Partner with the Plant Management to manage and optimize all aspects of the P& L, including COGS, freight and other cost drivers. -Drive efficiencies by managing the day-to-day accounting functions, month end close and regulatory compliance. -Critically analyze and report all inventory activity and provisions, including spoilage and obsolescence.
