Job Summary: The Plant Manager is responsible for all aspect of the Frankfort facility, including purchasing, production, warehouse, maintenance and engineering. He/she must direct plant staff to ensure the safe, manufacture and shipment of quality products in a timely manner and provide the necessary improvements to, and maintenance of, facilities and equipment. The Plant Manager is responsible for the environmental integrity of the facility, as well as the health and safety of the employees. He/she must ensure the facility adheres to the applicable codes of Responsible Care®. The Plant Manager is responsible for personnel issues and labour relations for the plant staff.
