A leading and innovative engineering materials company operating in 3 countries is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for its Gaffney, SC facility. Excellent salary, bonus, and matching 401K.
Key Responsibilities:
Selection, training, development, and management of the facility's technical team
Improving OEE performance (uptime, throughput, scrap)
Capital project planning and execution
Provide manufacturing support to SMC, Molding, and Assembly Departments
Manage and lead ongoing cost reduction efforts.
Identify and drive continuous improvement projects
Expert in APQP and Launch Activities to include FMEAs and Control Plans
Ensure timely and effective response to customer (internal and external) quality and or product issues.
Assist in developing a culture among all associates which emphasize cooperation, ownership, and accountability for quality, and defect-free products.
