About the Position: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report directly to the CEO and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the dynamic operations of the two-club property. Collaborating closely with the Club’s senior leadership team, the COO’s initial areas of focus will encompass Marketing, Communications, Training, Facilities, Racquets, Wellness, and Pool operations. As part of a phased transition, the COO’s responsibilities will subsequently expand to encompass Food & Beverage Operations, Golf Operations, and Course & Grounds Maintenance.
