Plant Manager - Steel Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our growing team and lead operations at our South Mississippi facility. The ideal Plant Manager should have experience in the metal and steel manufacturing industry with multiple assignments in all phases of the business and a proven track record with an emphasis on safety and quality. Job Type: Full Time, On-Site Responsibilities for the Plant Manager: Responsible for the overall production and physical conditions of the facility and equipment. Partners with other managers of departments and helps to train and develop personnel involved in the production function in these departments. Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data, such as types, quantities, and specifications of products as well as scheduled delivery dates, to plan department operations.
