The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing, and implementing improvement plans, and monitoring and reporting on the progress of these initiatives. Provides one-on-one coaching to managers and leaders to support lean effectiveness and development. Drive and foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation.
