The Plant Manager will report to the VP/GM for the Structural Castings Business. The Plant Manager - Plans, directs, and controls activities of the operating unit to accomplish budgeted financial objectives and customer requirements. Responsible for planning and performance in sales, personnel, purchasing, finance, manufacturing, engineering, and quality. The Plant Manager will direct and guide the tactical and strategic activities of the business unit including marketing, engineering manufacturing, financial, human resource needs and organizational forecasts.
