POSITION SUMMARY Implement and build in sustainability of the Kelvion KMAXeX (Manufacturing Excellence) process. Drive process improvements focused on the Customer Experience within Kelvion Americas. Lead and guide all facilities of the Americas on the KMAXex journey. Ensures integration and alignment vertically and horizontally across the organization. Devine, facilitate, and coach team son improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure project success. Ensure customer-centric programs are well executed. Utilize Lean principals and change management methodologies to drive this journey. Lead structured problem-solving exercises aimed at root causes, processes, and systems. Assist with the development of cell designs, determination of man=power requirements, creation of workflows and establishment of cost.
