Overview The Director, Procurement is responsible for developing a strategic approach to the company-wide process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services. This leadership role will direct procurement in partnership with internal vendor business relationship owners, legal, finance and risk. The Director Procurement is responsible for designing and establishing procurement processes, policies and procedures as well as building a centralized procurement function in support of business operations. The goal of the Procurement function is to augment current practices in vendor engagement, risk management and efficiency with a specific goal to reduce spend through savings or cost avoidance.
