Harvest Container Company is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Lindsay, CA. This is an On Site Position.
GENERAL:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe manufacture and on-time delivery of quality products to all customers. Directly involved assuring safe cost-effective procedures are followed to meet or exceed production goals and objectives. Participates in developing, implementing the Production Plan including recruiting, training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, evaluating and the consistent application of all Company Policies and Procedures. Direct responsibility for maintaining all current capital assets and is involved with selection, procurement, and installation of future capital investments. Without failure keeps abreast of, complies with, and enforces all regulatory environmental and operational policies and procedures meeting all third-party compliance requirements.
