Location: Middleport, PA Salary: $125,000 to $170,000 plus bonus Description: Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager (must have Food Industry experience) The purpose of this position is to manage the Company’s processing plant so as to maximize profits, maintain consistent product quality and meet customer needs. Additionally responsible for directing the management teams to select, develop, and motivate personnel as well as assuring quality staffing at all levels of management while adhering to safety and ergonomic goals and objectives.
