As a member of the North Sails Global Production Team, the Senior Buyer oversees and completes purchases of materials and supplies to support the 3D manufacturing facility.   The Senior Buyer will be responsible to oversee purchasing in the 3D manufacturing facility in Minden, Nevada. This role will manage inventory, purchasing activities, planning, forecasting, receiving and meeting the overall supply demands of the production facility. The position reports to the Operations Manager. The position requires a continuous evaluation and adjustment of priorities and duties based on production needs.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner.
