MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the business in managing customer requirements which will include : • To convert the sales plan into a manufacturing production schedule which effectively maximizes the use of the businesses available capacity and resources to ensure 100% OTIF delivery to the customer • To constantly track firm and forecasted orders to ensure any increases or decreases in the sales plan matches the manufacturing capacity and manning levels to warrant we constantly deliver to our customers 100% OTIF • Feedback to sales any unachievable customer request dates with a revised promise date • Plans and prepares a production schedule for the manufacture of new and retread tire products and components • Prepares a MPS to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet customer required dates • Analyzes and utilizes production specifications and plant capacity data performing mathematical calculations and scenarios to determine the best...
