Continuous Improvement Manager Reports to: Plant Manager Location: Mogadore, OH Job Summary: As member of our client's Plant Leadership Team (PLT), will facilitate the deployment and execution of Continuous Improvement (CI), Productivity and Lean strategy across three (3) facilities comprising the our client's manufacturing and distribution campus. Achieve objective performance improvement results through capability building, coaching, and deployment of Lean Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and systems. Integrate all functions and leadership to implement the methodology and strategy.
