POSITION SUMMARY: The Continuous Improvement Lead will spend one year to 18 months with the regional Manufacturing Transformation team supporting a bakery facility. During transformation, responsibilities will include Lean projects to ensure plants are performing at the expected levels and utilizing all the standard tools while executing best practices. Training on tools and best practices will be required as well as the ability to travel as needed within the region. At the end of the manufacturing transformation assignment, the Continuous Improvement Lead will transition to a Supervisor role within Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Digital Systems or Supply Chain in a location to be determined.
