The Assistant Plant Manager will report to the Director operations. Will work to ensure the safety and quality of day to day operations to meet annual KPIs, and will also facilitate the long term planning of operations. They oversee all operations, both on site and in the office, manage staff, coordinate production, and monitor all site systems. This individual will have both a strong background in supervision and manufacturing.
