POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direction of the President/CEO and the Director of Operations and Production, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day priorities at the New Philadelphia, OH, plant, including production, maintenance, engineering, safety & environment, quality, and supply chain management. Ensures compliance with Company standards for cost control, waste reduction, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
