AZZ Surface Technologies - Terrell Plant Manager General Description This position is responsible for, but not limited to, directing and managing all powder coating plant operations with overall responsibility for production, maintenance, quality and personnel. Plant services include Powder Coating, E-Coating, Wet Spray, Mil-Spec and Coating Removal Services. Education, Certifications, Licenses & Registrations A bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required. Experience A minimum of five years management experience in powder coating, steel fabrication or other custom metal coating operations is preferred.
