Location: Wareham Center, MA Salary: $105,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually Description: The Plant Engineer Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, will be responsible for managing all maintenance activities for equipment and the facility in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies. This includes managing capital and repair projects, overseeing the CMMS program and preventive/predictive maintenance, and developing SOPs and training programs for maintenance mechanics. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and implementing the facility master plan, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
