Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a core team of associates responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising and directly participating in the delivery of merchandise to customers homes. The Warehouse Manager is also accountable for accuracy of receiving documents, and provides supervision over merchandise deluxing and pricing operations. JOB SUMMARY The Supply Planning Assistant is responsible in providing support in the supply planning activities for all Strategic Business Units of JFC North America Philippine Brands. S/he plays a crucial role within the business and offers front line support to assist with daily queries on deliveries and inventory. S/he also sits within the heart of the Supply team supporting them with key administrative tasks on a day to day basis. S/he promotes a collaborative, client-focused, quality- and results-oriented approach in the Supply Planning team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintain and accurately update supplier data base. Interface with SPG Specialists and Logistics Team in planning and prioritizing supply planning activities. Track and monitor incoming deliveries, both imported and local supplied items, and confirm delivery dates.
