This position will assist with the implementation and sustainment of the RBS (Regal Rexnord Business System) at Ameridrives. The RBS leader will support a variety of continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant. The RBS leader will manage projects/initiatives involving efficiency gains, quality improvement and potential cost savings. The RBS leader will lead Kaizen events in Erie and may support larger Regal Rexnord events. The RBS leader will apply the Regal Rexnord Business System principles and tools to ensure Ameridrives is efficient and effective in the delivery of quality, on-time products while improving client and employee satisfaction. The RBS leader will be responsible for coaching others to learn and apply ABS principles and tools into their daily activities.
