As the Supply Chain Manager located at Watlow's Winona Minnesota facility, you will lead and develop the team across multiple functional disciplines including planning and procurement to maximize the value and performance of Watlow's supplier partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Maximize alignment and collaborative supply chain effectiveness. Planning, Purchasing, and Scheduling. 

-Grow functional expertise and best practices while benchmarking progress to world class standards. 

-Develop, apply, and leverage suppply change strategies, processes and best practices.

-Communicate and deploy functional KPI's.  Communicate strategy, business goals & results

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, In depth knowledge of purchasing, planning & scheduling. 

7+ years leand leadership experience is preferrred.

Relevant certification in APICS.  Lean certfication,  MRP,  pull systems & implementation of lean systems.
