Work Ex:

● 4-5 year production management

● Management of multiple shifts

● Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineer or alternative training in any technical/numerical

discipline or relevant specific knowledge in Industry or supply chain

● Senior management in factory with minimum - 50 workers/ $20M of ships annually
