Our client, a non-profit health organization, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their team! About You: 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred; Associate degree is required. Non-profit or international experience is a plus; notary experience is also a plus. Proficient in MS Office and Teams. Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner. The Job: Answer phones, screen calls, and receive guests with professionalism. Schedule and set-up internal/external meetings, attend meetings, and take meeting minutes. Follow-up on notes, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage payments for departments. Support the CFO and CHRO with scheduling and projects. Order supplies, manage vendor negotiations, and maintain vendor contracts/agreements.
