Under the direction of Operations Manager and in conjunction with the HPMT Medical Director, the Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations and directly supervises HPMT’s ambulance and wheelchair van staff. The Supervisor is responsible for onboarding EMT staff and coordinating their initial and ongoing training in a Field Training Officer (FTO) role. This individual also reviews electronic patient care reports (ePCRs) on a daily basis providing immediate feedback to EMT staff on the clinical quality of care and documentation practices via the ImageTrend CQI tool.
