Our client - a growing Pharmaceutical company located in Central NJ - is looking for a Finance Manager - Plant Operations. The Finance Manager - Plant Operations should have a strong background in Cost Accounting and will report directly to the CFO. Their responsibilities will include: directing the financial control and accounting activities of the plant, helping develop and monitor various KPIs and performance measures relevant to the plant, managing month end closing process for the plant in compliance with US GAAP, ensuring accuracy of transactions, as well as identifying areas for improvement inclusive or product costing. They should also have a proven track record of optimizing cost structures, and providing budgeting and forecasting support.
