Plant Manager My client is a start-up foundry when completed will be largest component manufacutrer in Eastern Texas. We are nimble, bold and our goal is the ReShoring of American Manufacturing using world class people, processes and equipment Our work environment includes: Modern office setting This is a Iron And Steel Foundry operation utilizing no-bake and v-process molding processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in all phases of foundry operations from melting and metallurgy to molding and cleaning. This site will also offer CNC machining as well as robotic cleaning and machine tending. This is a ground up plant build which will require project management skills as well. This position will report directly to ownership and is the gateway to the general manager and or the VP of operations positions.
