Job Description Sagemcom USA is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The job consists in managing the ordering and delivery flow for our customers in North America, in respect of the costs, quality and timing defined targets. Responsibilities: Monitor and track the logistic flows from our industrial centers overseas to our US customers. Works closely with customers, freight/forwarders companies, French HQ and Asian manufacturers. Manage and oversee customer relationships on all supply chain related topics. Develop KPIs to track performance and maintain customer satisfaction. Tracking of POs and products deliveries; Preparation of invoicing. Input and maintain the demand requests from customers. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
