Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage team members and handle administrative duties (i.e., coordinate schedules, distribute/delegate workloads, etc.)
Review work quality and quantity of others
Make pay and promotional determination
Resolve employee grievances
Administer employee disciplinary actions
Conduct performance reviews
Make hiring and termination determinations
Review and approve employee time records and PTO requests
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as recognize new business opportunities; Ensure flawless new business start-up
